RESITRIX® SK W

RESITRIX® SK W is specially designed for waterproofing all kinds of green roofs and has got a german institute product approval.

This means that the sheets are outstandingly suitable for all flat roofs that are to be made green. All closures and detailed formations are produced from the same material.
RESITRIX® SK W is to a considerable extent age and weather resistant even without surface protection in accordance with DIN 7864. External test institutes have also verified the long-term behaviour.

• bitumen-compatible, seam-welded sealing sheet based on the synthetic rubber EPDM.
• easily tolerates live loads even at temperatures as low as -30°C and also when wet.
• resists a large number of chemical media and environmental emissions
• root resistant in accordance with FLL directives and suitable for all roof garden structures.
• easily and securely welded with a hot air sealer. Welding can even take place at temperatures as low as -10°C.
• complies with DIN 4102, Part 1 (building material class B2)
• resistant to flying sparks and radiant heat according to DIN 4102, Part 7
• free of chlorine and plasticizers
• not subject to any heat shrinkage
• recyclable
• subject to external and in-house monitoring in accordance with the requirements of the building regulations list and the U.E.A.t.c. regulations.
