RESITRIX® SK

RESITRIX® SK is a bitumen compatible, heatweldable EPDM synthetic rubber roofing membrane. It has an integral reinforcement and a unique adhesion-enabling top surface.

The underside is coated with a tenacious self-adhesive polymer bitumen, protected by a removable PE release film.

• unaffected by infra-red or ultra-violet radiation, no surface protection by paint or chippings required
• resistant to ozone and other atmospheric pollutants
• withstands normal foot traffic and is non-slip - even when wet
• flame-resistant to DIN 4102 part 1, B2 and withstands sparks and radiant heat in accordance with DIN 4102 part 7
• bitumen-compatible
• laps can be easily heat-welded, even at sub-zero temperatures or in the rain
• contains no plasticizers or chlorides and will not shrink with heat or age
• recyclable
• carries Building Inspectorate Test Certificate No P-22 0969 4 97 and complies with UK Building Regulations
