RESITRIX® classic is a bitumen-compatible, heat-weldable EPDM synthetic rubber roofing membrane.
Properties
- maintenance-free, rot-proof, frost-proof and highly resistant to ageing
- unaffected by infra-red or ultra-violet radiation, no surface protection by paint or chippings required
- resistant to ozone and other atmospheric pollutants, withstands normal foot traffic and is non-slip - even when wet
- flame-resistant to DIN 4102 part 1, B2 and withstands sparks and radiant heat in accordance with DIN 4102 part 7
- bitumen-compatible, laps can be easily heat-welded, even at sub-zero temperatures or in the rain
- contains no plasticizers or chlorides and will not shrink with heat or age
- recyclable
- carries Building Inspectorate Test Certificate No P-22 0969 4 97 and complies with UK Building Regulations
