RESISTIT® R + RESISTIT® E SK


Phoenix EPDM sealing strips have been used for over 25 years for sealing external walls.

They are highly resistant to ageing and are unaffected by extremes in temperature, retaining their elasticity from -35°C to +110°C.

They are frost-proof and resistant to acids and alkalis with which they may come into contact. EPDM contains no plasticizers and therefore does not suffer from plasticizer migration or cold flow. It is flexible and therefore easy to apply and bond.

  • Fire resistance category B2 to DIN 4102

RESISTIT® E SK self-adhesive EPDM sealing strips

  • Resistant to UV and Infra Red, frost proof and rot proof, resistant to ozone and other atmospheric pollutants
  • Spread of fire category B2 to DIN 4102, heat and cold resistant (elastic from -35°C to +80°C), cement and lime resistant
  • Tolerates building movement, extremely long life, practical and cost effective
